VIPER (Visual Inspection of Performance Evaluation in Real-time) is an AI-powered visual guidance and performance evaluation platform that delivers real-time, interactive assistance for complex procedures, maintenance activities, inspections, and workforce training. Using computer vision, artificial intelligence, and digital work instructions, VIPER observes personnel as they perform tasks and provides immediate feedback to ensure procedures are executed safely, accurately, and consistently.
Unlike traditional digital work instructions that simply display information, VIPER actively understands what the user is doing. The platform verifies each step, identifies errors or omissions, and provides contextual guidance before issues become defects or safety hazards. This enables us to help organizations reduce training time, improve first-pass quality, standardize processes, and capture objective performance data.
We're designing VIPER as both a standalone solution and as part of the Omnis product suite. Once production-ready, VIPER will integrate with Cognis, Proximus, Certis, and Orbis to create a fully connected digital workforce ecosystem.
