BG Workforce is a single, accountable partner for defense workforce modernization. We work at the point of need, building and operating training facilities, delivering instruction, and connecting it all through software engineered for IL4 environments.
A new machine, facility, or workforce initiative only matters when qualified people can use it.
We build and operate training and advanced-manufacturing environments, develop curriculum around the work being performed, deliver instruction, and use our software to track qualifications and readiness. It allows a program office to see readiness rather than assume it.
Our work is live at The Forge at Schofield Barracks, at AMTS Honolulu on the Honolulu Community College campus, and across Army aviation maintenance in the Organic Industrial Base.
Our capabilities are shaped by the work we do and span the workplace, the workforce, and the digital systems backing both. Customers bring us a discrete requirement or hand us the full implementation chain.
One contract covers the entire solution, meaning no prime-to-sub handoffs where accountability goes missing, and no second procurement to make the first one usable.
One technology foundation sits under everything we do. The Omnis suite connects the facility we build to the training delivered inside it, the qualifications that training produces, and the readiness data that comes back out, one system rather than four that don't talk to each other. VIPER extends the same foundation with vision-equipped AI coaching at the point of work, alongside custom software built to mission-specific requirements. Everything is engineered to the same IL4 standard.

Developed with Duval Software, VIPER uses computer vision to recognize task steps as work is performed and provide technicians with visual guidance in real time. The product is in development, with planned integration into Omnis as it reaches production readiness.

BGWS is the implementing contractor for The Forge, an expeditionary manufacturing capability at Schofield Barracks managed through NCMS. We handle the facility upgrade, the equipment outfitting, and the staffing of the manufacturing workforce, and we supply the digital training infrastructure and content that workforce runs on. During Balikatan 2026 in the Philippines, The Forge completed 36 manufacturing jobs in three weeks.
Under the IBAS Cornerstone OTA program, we serve as implementing partner and training provider for Hawai'i's first advanced manufacturing training center. In partnership with Honolulu Community College and Kuʻi Hao, we delivered the first 15-week precision machining cohort to active-duty service members, Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard workers, and local students. Senior DoW officials and government leaders have toured the facility.
We hardened our security practices and re-architected the platform onto containerized infrastructure, then carried three products through IL4 authorization in parallel. Each cleared authorization in six to seven months against an industry norm of eighteen to twenty-four.
No one modernizes a defense workforce alone. We work at the point of need, with partners we're proud to work alongside.
